We hold onto our blocked trauma from birth and childhood, becoming a lie of who we are in adulthood.
We forget about our trauma and this keeps us holding onto the past, remembering our blocked trauma makes it worse.
We remember how we "want" it to be and this is wrong, and this is why we're not accepting the truth about the past.
And we're holding onto it by reliving the same traumatic experiences through our feelings.
Once we stop lying to ourselves and others, we will leave the past behind us. And our physical body will change with our new way of thinking.
