Well Being Therapy
The reason I created Well-Being Therapy was to resurface my blocked trauma, to start my healing process. Well-Being Therapy helps you to Inner Know, Understand, and Realise your Blocked Trauma forgotten about in childhood.
We have been taught to "remember" how we would like it to be and we "forget" to protect ourselves from reality and this is wrong.
Our state of mind becomes sick, our body is diseased/disorders and our experiences are traumatic.
Inner Knowing, Understanding, Realising our past pain, we allow ourselves to let it go.
And we start to experience the true nature of Love, Joy, and Happiness, manifesting Wonderful, Amazing experiences.
Intuition is your Inner Knowing and your Inner Senses, it helps you to Self Heal, gives you full information about your blocked trauma, and its fast, direct and instant.
Blocked trauma comes from birth/childhood when the baby/child has experienced trauma and to cope they block it out.
Coming from a dysfunctional family, friends and environment, the right thing to do is take time out for yourself for a while.
Give yourself space to understand your own trauma without anyone influencing, suggesting, or persuading you.
This is also a perfect time to give yourself therapy sessions to help you understand your trauma .
And when you do go back to your family, and friends you will be able to share your Love in a truthful way.
You will be guided to connect with your intuition, to have an understanding of who you've been and who you are.
This is a great time to explore your own feelings and birth your own Integrity.

Blocking out trauma, the truth is hidden within your psyche and this is how secrets are formed within the psyche. You start to forget who you are and remember a lie of who want to be. This is how you become lost and trapped within your own mind and you start to tell lies, spreading diseases throughout your body.
People accumulate excess amounts of negative energy by blocking out their trauma. People hold onto their trauma by forgetting about it, and this is why they suffer from physical pain. Releasing is the body's way of holding onto pain, manifesting into diseases and disorders.We absorb negative energy and we release it through sickness and sometimes it kills us.
This is the cause of Depression-Stress-Pressure-Tension, and eventually having a nervous breakdown, however the majority of people project this onto other people.
Trauma is blocked out by having blackouts/fainting, the Self defense mechanism puts an amnesia band around the memories that the individual is unable process.
However, the individual acts out their trauma in ignorance in their everyday life. Not realising there is something seriously wrong with them, and their behaviour is disturbing.
The most common addictions are food, drugs, shopping, alcohol, and sex. Therapy also helps you to let go of old belief systems and helps you to start feeling again. We create our own suffering, and this is why we need to create our own Healing. When you create your own Healing, your suffering will stop.

Clear your excessive negative energy by talking about your past through Self Dialogue and Journalling..
Let Go from your childhood and past lives by accepting the Truth and finally Moving On, by creating your own experiences with precision and detail.
Release emotional baggage, this helps your body to let go of built up negative energy, this stops you from getting sick and express your painful emotions.

Once these blocked out memories are accepted, your everyday problems, disorders, and illnesses will disappear..
